Roadway marking since 1976
Roadway marking has been the speciality of A. De Groote & Son for 35 years.
André De Groote started a one-man business in Mariakerke in 1976. In addition to roadway marking, he also did spraying jobs, but roadway marking quickly became the primary activity.
In 1984, Andre’s son, Lieven, joined the firm, which was renamed De Groote A. & Zoon bvba – A. De Groote & Son Ltd. In December 1993, Lieven de Groote took over as company director. Over the years, A. De Groote & Son grew to become one of the largest Belgian companies in the roadway marking sector.
Safety certificate
Both in and outside of work, A. De Groote & Son give safety a very high priority. In recognition of that fact, the company earned the VCA certificate in 1998. Since then, the company has earned the certificate on a number of occasions, having successfully withstood annual audits that change over time and with technology.
Deinze
In April 2004, A. De Groote & Son moved to brand-new premises in the Karrewegstraat (De Prijkels industrial estate in Deinze.)
